With overboost, the Porsche Taycan GTS Sport Turismo (GEN1) delivers a maximum power of 440 kW (598 hp / 590 bhp). Without overboost, it produces 420 kW (571 hp / 563 bhp). Maximum torque is 850 Nm (627 lb-ft). It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (0 to 62 mph) in 3.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph).
Battery, Range, and Charging
The battery has a gross capacity of 93.4 kWh and a net usable capacity of 83.7 kWh, with a 9.7 kWh buffer (10.4%) for battery protection. The battery operates at a nominal voltage of 725 V, supporting high-power DC charging.
The lithium-ion battery uses NMC (nickel manganese cobalt) chemistry.
Under the WLTP (Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure) standard, the maximum rated range is 504 km (313 miles). Depending on the configuration and options such as wheel size, the rated range can be as low as 439 km (273 miles). Larger wheels generally increase energy consumption and reduce range.
WLTP energy consumption is 16.6 kWh/100 km for the base configuration and 19.1 kWh/100 km for the highest-consumption configuration.

The vehicle supports fast DC charging with a maximum power of 270 kW. A 0–100% charge takes approximately 51 minutes. A typical 10–80% session takes about 18 minutes at an average power of 191 kW.
With five minutes of overhead per stop, the optimal charging window is 3–64%. Effective average power, including overhead, is 162 kW over a session lasting about 19 minutes and 52 seconds.
This efficient charging capability makes the Porsche Taycan GTS Sport Turismo (GEN1) a convenient option for long-distance travel.
In a 1000 km challenge at a constant speed of 120 km/h (75 mph) with an assumed consumption rate of 22 kWh/100 km, the trip would take about 9 hours and 11 minutes, needing three charging stops from 3% to 58%, totaling 51 minutes of charging time.
Onboard Charger
The standard onboard charger supports AC charging at up to 11 kW. A full 0–100% charge takes about 7 hours and 36 minutes with a suitable home charging setup.
An optional 22 kW onboard charger reduces the full charge time to approximately 3 hours and 48 minutes.
Charge Port
The charge port is conveniently located on the right front side, facilitating easy access at charging stations where you park parallel to the charger.

Drivetrain
The Porsche Taycan GTS Sport Turismo (GEN1) features an all-wheel drive system powered by two motors, one on each axle.
The motors used are Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors.
Suspension
The Porsche Taycan GTS Sport Turismo (GEN1) features a double wishbone front suspension and a multi-link rear suspension, both with electronically controlled dampers and air springs.
The suspension is fully adaptive on the front and rear axle, so height and damping can be adjusted manually and automatically.

Steering

Brakes
You can choose between different brake systems.
The Porsche Taycan GTS Sport Turismo (GEN1) is equipped with cast-iron disc brakes on both the front and rear.
The front discs measure 360 mm, while the rear discs are 358 mm.
Brake option one uses cast-iron discs coated with tungsten carbide. They resist corrosion and produce little brake dust.
The front discs measure 410 mm, while the rear discs are 365 mm.
Regenerative Braking
However, it is not considered full one-pedal driving since, at low speeds, the vehicle will keep rolling until it comes to a stop by itself.Drivers can also adjust the regenerative braking strength when lifting off the accelerator. There are four levels of regenerative braking to choose from, allowing you to customize the driving experience to your preference.
The maximum regenerative braking power is 265 kW.

Narrower wheels reduce energy consumption and can increase range, while wider wheels can improve traction and handling.
The car has four regular doors and a liftgate.
A powered liftgate is standard, and a hands-free kick sensor is optional.
There are three different roof options to select from.
A conventional roof is standard.
A large fixed panoramic roof extending from front to rear is optional. Its tinted glass reduces solar heat.
As an option, you can order this model with a large panoramic roof extending over most of the areas from the front to the rear. This glass creates a more spacious and bright interior. The glass has an electrochromic function that lets you blend the glass to protect against the sun.
Privacy glass from the B-pillar rearward is optional. It reduces glare and solar heat.
As an option, double-glazed side windows are available to reduce cabin noise.

The trunk offers a cargo capacity of 446 liters (15.8 cu ft). With the rear seat folded down, this expands to 1212 liters (42.8 cu ft).
The maximum roof load is 75 kg (165.3 lb).
The frunk (front trunk) has a capacity of 84 liters (3.0 cu ft).
The maximum permitted vehicle weight is 2875 kg (6338 lbs), and the base curb weight is 2310 kg (5093 lbs). This leaves a payload of 565 kg (1246 lbs), including occupants. Options can increase curb weight and reduce payload.
This model is not available with a towbar and cannot tow a trailer.
