Battery, Range, and Charging
The battery has a gross capacity of 102.0 kWh and a net usable capacity of 98.9 kWh, with a 3.1 kWh buffer (3.0%) for battery protection. The battery operates at a nominal voltage of 705 V, supporting high-power DC charging.
The lithium-ion battery uses NMC (nickel manganese cobalt) chemistry.
Under the WLTP (Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure) standard, the maximum rated range is 485 km (301 miles). Depending on the configuration and options such as wheel size, the rated range can be as low as 435 km (270 miles). Larger wheels generally increase energy consumption and reduce range.
WLTP energy consumption is 20.4 kWh/100 km for the base configuration and 22.7 kWh/100 km for the highest-consumption configuration.

The vehicle supports fast DC charging with a maximum power of 403 kW. A 0–100% charge takes approximately 41 minutes. A typical 10–80% session takes about 14 minutes at an average power of 298 kW.
With five minutes of overhead per stop, the optimal charging window is 3–72%. Effective average power, including overhead, is 227 kW over a session lasting about 18 minutes and 1 seconds.

Drivetrain
The Lotus Emeya 900 features an all-wheel drive system powered by two motors, one on each axle.

Suspension
The Lotus Emeya 900 features a multilink front and rear suspension, both equipped with electronically controlled dampers and air springs for enhanced ride quality and adaptability.
The suspension is fully adaptive on the front and rear axle, so height and damping can be adjusted manually and automatically.
The minimum ground clearance is 162 mm, and the maximum is 212 mm.
The Easy Entry function lowers the car's body automatically when a door is opened, facilitating easier entry and exit. Once the door closes, the body returns to its previous level.
For easier loading, you can lower the air suspension from the rear.

Progressive steering is standard on the Lotus Emeya 900. It adjusts the steering ratio according to vehicle speed.
In addition, rear-wheel steering is standard, reducing the turning circle at low speeds.

Regenerative Braking
Automatic regeneration is not available in this model. However, regenerative braking is available through one-pedal driving combined with blended brakes.
However, it is not considered full one-pedal driving since, at low speeds, the vehicle will keep rolling until it comes to a stop by itself.Drivers can also adjust the regenerative braking strength when lifting off the accelerator, choosing between three levels.
The maximum regenerative braking power is 400 kW.

The glass has an electrochromic function that lets you blend the glass in multiple levels to protect against the sun.
The windows behind the B-pillar are tinted for privacy and to reduce glare and solar heat gain.

The standard headlights use LED Matrix technology. LED Matrix splits the headlight beam into dozens of small rays that the controller can turn on and off individually to selectively dim areas ahead. Corner lights illuminate the side when turning.

A towbar can be added to the vehicle. The maximum permissible weight for a braked trailer is 1225 kg (2701 lbs), while for an unbraked trailer, it is 750 kg (1653 lbs).
