Energy into battery is what actually arrives: around 5% is lost to heat and conversion along the way, and charging times are calculated from that reduced figure. Dividing energy by time therefore gives a value roughly 5% below the charger output column. The 5% is an estimate — real loss varies with temperature, state of charge and the charger used.
