Rivian EV models

Rivian is an electric vehicle maker that was founded in 2009 by RJ Scaringe. Rivian's EV strategy is to focus on producing premium electric trucks and SUVs that can handle off-road adventures and everyday driving. Rivian's first products are the R1T pickup truck and the R1S SUV, which have a range of up to 400 miles and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in about 3 seconds.

Rivian also has a contract with Amazon to deliver 100,000 electric delivery vans by 2030. Rivian’s EV strategy is supported by its access to capital, its partnerships with Ford and Amazon, its in-house battery and motor technology, and its network of charging stations and service centers. Rivian is seen by some analysts as a potential challenger to Tesla, the EV market leader, as it offers a different value proposition and targets a different customer segment.
