Abarth is an Italian performance car brand founded in 1949 by Austrian-born Carlo Abarth and headquartered in Turin. Immortalised by its scorpion emblem, Abarth made its name tuning and racing Fiat-based cars throughout the 1950s and 1960s, becoming synonymous with small, fast, and exciting Italian sports cars. Today it operates as the performance division of Fiat within the Stellantis group.

Abarth's move into electrification is built around high-performance versions of Fiat's electric models, beginning with the Abarth 500e and followed by the larger 600e. These EVs aim to preserve the brand's playful, driver-focused character through quick acceleration, tuned chassis dynamics, and design details that set them apart from their Fiat siblings.
