Lucid EV models

Lucid is an American manufacturer of electric luxury vehicles that was founded in 2007 as a battery company. It rebranded as Lucid Motors in 2016 and announced its first model, the Lucid Air, a high-performance sedan with a range of up to 516 miles. Lucid also plans to launch an electric SUV, the Lucid Gravity, in 2024.

Lucid is majority-owned by the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia and has its headquarters in Newark, California and its factory in Casa Grande, Arizona. Lucid’s CEO and CTO, Peter Rawlinson, is a former chief engineer of the Tesla Model S. Lucid’s vision is to provide positive and innovative experiences for its customers through its design, performance, and service, and to inspire the adoption of sustainable energy by creating the most advanced electric vehicles.
